Welcome to Food Recipe app! Our service and your use of this site are governed by the following terms and conditions.

Acceptance of Terms

By using Food Recipe app, you agree to these terms in their entirety. Please check them regularly for updates.

User Responsibility

You must be 18 years or older to subscribe to a Pro membership. You are responsible for the security of your own information and for keeping your password confidential.

Copyright

All content on Food Recipe app, including text, graphics, and code, is protected by copyright and belongs to Webby Apps OOD.

Settings

• Unit of measurement: Metric (g) and ounce (oz).
• Salt preference: Unsalted, normal, and salted
• Decimal separator: Comma (,) and period (.)
• Temperature: Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F).

Features

Free Use

As a guest user, you can explore and enjoy a selection of our services at no cost:

• View all recipes.
• Search for recipes.
• View nutrition information for all recipes.
• Print a recipe.

Registered User

As a registered user, you get access to additional features:

• Create notes for each recipe. Not synchronized with other devices and disappears when cookies are deleted.
• Perform 10 searches for recipes based on ingredients.
• Create a shopping list that can add all ingredients for one recipe with a maximum of 20 ingredients. Not synchronized across devices.

Pro Subscription

Pro subscribers have access to our Pro features

• Avoid disruptive ads on the site.
• Synchronize your recipe notes across your devices and avoid loss if your cookies are deleted.
• Unlimited searches for recipes based on ingredients.
• Create a shopping list that can add all ingredients for more than one recipe. Synchronized across devices.
• Automatic and adjustable meal planning (coming soon).

Rate limits

To prevent bad actors, there are rate limits on our features.

• Creation, editing, and synchronization of recipe notes: You can create, edit, and delete notes a maximum of 50 times per day in total. You can synchronize notes a maximum of 100 times per day with a Pro subscription.
• Creation, editing, and synchronization of the shopping list: You can create, edit, and delete notes a maximum of 50 times per day in total. You can synchronize the shopping list a maximum of 100 times per day with a Pro subscription.
• Creation of 10 searches for recipes based on ingredients as a registered user.

Payment Methods

We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard through our payment provider Stripe. Please note that for now, payments are only accepted in Bulgaria and Denmark.

Receipts

All transaction receipts are automatically sent to your email.

Binding Period

The Pro subscription has a binding period of one month and is automatically renewed.

Right of Withdrawal

You can withdraw your purchase of the Pro subscription within 14 days of purchase. This must be done by email to: support@foodrecipe.app.

If you cancel your Pro subscription, we have the right to charge a reasonable amount based on your use of the site and the number of days you have used it. The remaining amount will be refunded to the same account from which the money was withdrawn within 15 days of the cancellation request.

Termination of Pro Subscription

You can terminate your Pro subscription at any time before your next payment period starts. There is no set deadline for cancellation within this timeframe. The cancellation can be made directly from your profile.

Upon termination, your access to the paid features will cease at the end of your current subscription period. No further charges will be made to your card. All payments will stop at the end of the period you were last billed for.

You will receive a confirmation of the cancellation along with additional important information about the cancellation process and the timing for the cessation of payments via email.

Misuse of Service

We reserve the right to block access for users and to report those who misuse or attempt to misuse our service. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized scraping of data, attempts to bypass security measures, or any other unauthorized access and use of our services.

Security

We take the security of your data seriously. Food Recipe app does not store your payment information; this is handled by our payment provider Stripe. Read more about this topic in our privacy policy.

Forgotten Password

If you forget your password, you can request to change it by entering your email in the field at the top of the page and then clicking "Forgot?". You will then receive an email with a link to create a new password.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to periodically change the terms of use of Food Recipe app and the prices for a Pro subscription. All changes will take effect from the time they are published on the website. We recommend that you regularly review the terms to ensure that you are updated with any changes.

Continued use of the website after the changes is considered acceptance of the new terms.

If you are dissatisfied with your subscription, please contact support: support@foodrecipe.app. Disputes are sought to be resolved amicably.

If you wish to make a complaint about your subscription, you can contact us at: support@foodrecipe.app so we can find the best possible solution.

If we cannot reach an agreement on a solution, you have the option to submit a complaint to EU's online dispute resolution platform
